Use the mobile app to edit a unit record's information or status, reset maintenance intervals, and view it on a map, if you use TSD's Telematics integration.

Tap > , then scan the unit or search for the unit record.

Edit unit information in any sections that apply: Unit Info, Maintenance, Registration Info.

Tap Save within each section edited.

  

Full Walkthrough

1. Find the Unit You Want to Edit

  1. Tap > .
  2. Look up the unit by VIN, Tag Number, Unit Number, or License Plate Number, or tap Scan QR/VIN to scan the unit's QR Code or VIN barcode.

2. Edit Unit Information.

The Edit Unit screen consists of key unit information, such as its Unit #, VIN, Miles, Fuel / Battery Level, and Status, as well as several sections.

When you're finished editing this unit record, tap Save.

Unit InfoClosed

The Unit Info section of the unit record consists of key unit details, such as its Year, Make, Model, Body, Trim, Exterior Color, Fuel Type, Service Start Date, and Turnback Date / Miles.

When you're finished editing this section, tap Save.

MaintenanceClosed

The Maintenance section of the unit record shows scheduled recurring maintenance intervals, as well as when that maintenance is due. If a unit needs maintenance, it is shown in red.

Tap Reset to create a new maintenance interval from this point forward.

Registration InfoClosed

The Registration Info section of the unit record shows information related to the unit's registration, including License Plate, Plate Expiration, Country, State, Inspection Expiration, and Transponder ID.

When you're finished editing this section, tap Save.

Telematics

Telematics add a new dimension to your fleet management with real-time GPS fleet tracking. See "Telematics (Mobile App)" for more information.

  • Automatic updates to mileage and fuel / battery level. A unit's latest mileage and fuel are filled in automatically.
  • View the unit's location on a map. Look up the unit, then tap View on Map.
